Average insurance cost for Volvo vehicles
Column chart showing average insurance prices for Volvo vehicles range from $883 to $5,622 for full coverage

The above chart uses the data from all Volvo models in the table above as an example of how different scenarios can impact car insurance prices.

Insurance prices for a Volvo are quite variable based on the trim level and model year, your driver profile, and liability limits and deductibles.

Older drivers with no violations or accidents and high physical damage deductibles could pay as little as $1,400 every 12 months on average for full coverage. Rates are much higher for teenage drivers, where even without any violations or accidents they should be prepared to pay at least $5,600 a year.

If you have some driving violations or you caused a few accidents, you could be paying $1,800 to $2,500 additional each year, depending on your age. A high-risk auto insurance policy is expensive and can cost anywhere from 44% to 130% more than a normal policy.

Using high physical damage deductibles can reduce rates by up to $680 each year, while buying higher liability limits will increase premiums. Going from a 50/100 bodily injury limit to a 250/500 limit will increase rates by as much as $335 more each year
